1. The main purpose and scope of application of the product:

    YAW-J10000F microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo compression shear testing machine is specially used to test the mechanical performance test of finished highway bridge plate rubber bearings. Can carry out compressive elastic modulus test, shear elastic modulus test, shear bonding performance, shear aging resistance, friction coefficient, corner test, ultimate compressive strength test and highway bridge basin rubber Axial compression deformation and radial deformation detection under the load test of the support. The maximum positive pressure is 10000kN, and the maximum horizontal shear force is 2000kN. The maximum turning force is 600kN. Especially the measurement range is wide, that is, the positive pressure: 100 kN ~ 10000 kN, the horizontal shear force: 20 kN ~ 2000 kN, and the corner force is 24 kN ~ 600 kN. The accuracy of this machine meets the verification requirements of JJG157 tensile, pressure and universal material testing machine.

The main machine adopts a four-screw structure, and the beam and base adopt integral cast steel structure. The rigidity and structural stability of the frame are better than the two-pillar structure, which is convenient for measuring the elastic deformation of the sample. Microcomputer control automatic continuous and stable loading, automatic load preservation, automatic collection of data, storage, drawing of curves, and automatic printing of test reports.

3. Features of hydraulic station and cooling scheme:

The key parts of the hydraulic station adopt the Japanese NACHI internal meshing high-pressure gear pump, the servo valve adopts the Italian DLHZO servo valve, and the pressure follower valve adopts the imported hydraulic components from the United States, in order to improve the stability and long-term reliability of the hydraulic system. The oil source also uses the latest pressure follow-up technology, that is, the system pressure increases synchronously with the load, so that the system pressure does not have to be maintained at a high pressure for a long time, and the system generates excessive heat. This technology makes the hydraulic source more energy-saving. The energy saving efficiency is as high as 60%, and at the same time, the heat generated by the hydraulic system is minimized.

The hydraulic source cooling adopts the air-cooling system that comes with the equipment for cooling, and the user can be cooled as long as the power is on, and there is no need to connect the cooling water.
