3. Hydrostatic bearing sealing technology:

      The hydrostatic bearing places the piston rod in the center of the hydraulic cylinder, and the circulating surface oil film is filled between the piston rod and the cylinder wall to separate them from each other without direct contact. Different from other sliding bearings (also known as "hydrodynamic bearings") whose sliding surfaces can only produce an oil film under certain conditions, hydrostatic bearings can also establish a load-bearing oil film in a completely static state (pre-start the hydrostatic bearing system ), thereby avoiding friction loss and surface wear. The small amount of lubricating oil required to produce and maintain the oil film of the "hydrostatic bearing" is provided by the oil supply system of the hydraulic cylinder. The piston rod is supported by a high-pressure oil film and can withstand a certain lateral force, which ensures the high dynamics and long life of the servo cylinder. This non-stick-slip-effect feature can ensure highly sensitive axial force control of the sample and high-precision displacement control of the linear motion required for the test under high dynamics.

     This series of products is a two-way synchronous cylinder, that is, the working rooms at both ends and the two ends of the piston rod are equal in area. The piston rod reciprocates linearly without friction in the oil film of the hydrostatic bearing. The embedded standard displacement sensor (LVDT) accurately measures the movement of the piston rod and provides high-precision displacement control.
