1. Overview

The P WS-200 electro-hydraulic servo elastic backing plate dynamic and static test system is mainly used to test the dynamic and static performance of the elastic backing plate and embedded channel of the rail transit fastener system. It is widely used in materials and parts for fatigue test, dynamic stiffness, static stiffness, assembly buckle pressure and other items for testing. This testing machine can meet various experimental methods specified in Appendix A, B, and C required by TB/T3396.1-2015 "High-speed Railway Fasteners".

2. Structural features and working principle

1. The machine is composed of the main engine, pumping station, chiller and control system.

2. The main engine is composed of a base, a column, a moving beam, an actuator, a holding cylinder and a lifting cylinder.

3. Four columns are installed on the workbench.

4. The movable crossbeam runs through the four columns, the crossbeam through hole has a locking opening on the outside, and a locking cylinder is installed on the front.

5. Two lifting oil cylinders are fixed on the moving beam and cross the center line at an angle. The piston rod extends downward to lift the beam to move. The beam can move up and down along the column through the lifting cylinder to complete the space adjustment.

6. The actuator is installed at the center of the moving beam, and the piston rod extends downward from the center hole of the beam and is connected with the test auxiliary device. The load sensor is installed above the piston rod and centered on the center of the actuator. The lower part of the worktable is a sensor for placing auxiliary tools and measuring deformation.
